Order Cancellation

At FandomJackets, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that plans and preferences can change, which is why we offer made-to-order products along with a flexible and transparent cancellation policy. This ensures fairness while protecting the time and resources invested in crafting your order.


Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Simply email us at sales@fandomjackets.com to request a cancellation.

  • 24–48 hours after confirmation
    Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours will incur a 10% deduction from your paid amount.

  • After 48 hours from confirmation
    A 35% deduction will apply to cancellations made beyond 48 hours.

  • Beyond the cancellation window
    Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted after 48 hours of order confirmation.

Note: A 5% payment processing fee is non-refundable, as it is charged directly by banks and payment processors.


Exceptions

  • Orders already dispatched, in transit, or under customs clearance
    Cancellation is not possible at this stage. You may instead follow our return process after receiving your parcel.

  • Priority (time-sensitive) orders
    If your order was marked as priority and you confirmed the size within the agreed timeline, the order becomes non-cancellable immediately upon placement due to the expedited process involved.


Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
However, our 30-day easy return policy ensures you can return the product for a refund once it arrives.
