We put sincere effort into manufacturing and processing your orders quickly with ensuring timely delivery. We ship our jacket from US and overseas manufacting unit through DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Skynet Worldwide and Royal Mail with no minimum order restrictions. We offer fast and reliable free shipping to USA, UK, Canada, All Europe, Australia & 150+ countires.

Processing & Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping (Free) - Takes 15 Business Days
Rush Order (Flat - $29.99) - Takes 7-10 Business Days
Shipping for Order Under $99 (Flat Rate - $19) - Takes 15 Business Days

- Regular Orders: Delivered worldwide within 15 business days.
- Customized Orders: May take up to 20-25 business days for delivery.
- Bespoke Orders: Generally take 3–4 weeks, though we strive to shorten this period whenever possible.

Note: All our jackets, coats, and vests are handmade & made to order by skilled craftsmen with over 30 years of experience, using premium materials. Due to the nature of the work, minor variations in color, lining, or stitching may occur.

Delays in Peak Winter Season

During winters and peak seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for order processing and delivery.
If you have a tight deadline, we recommend:

Order Processing Days

Orders placed after Friday evening are processed on Monday.
Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Packaging & Handling

Orders are shipped in secure, tightly packed mailer bags to minimize international shipping costs and keep prices lower for you.
Please avoid using sharp cutters or blades when opening parcels to prevent accidental damage to your item.

Signature & Delivery

For added security, we recommend requiring a signature upon delivery.
If you choose not to use a signature confirmation, you accept full responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery.
In some delivery locations, signature requirements cannot be removed.
In case of incomplete delivery cause by customer negligence or by any reason and the package will be returned to us. We'll then reconfirm your delivery address and charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

International Shipping Teriffs & Custom Duties

Custom Duties & Teriffs are solely customer responsibility as it varies upon the customer address location - city, state or country.
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for applied & eligible charges before purchasing.

European Union (EU) VAT Policy

From 5 July 2021, the Joint EU Value Added Tax (VAT) applies across all EU countries. Customers are responsible for paying customs clearance fees and VAT upon delivery.
