Here at FandomJackets, every product is handcrafted with love, premium-quality materials, and decades of handcraftsmanship, with one goal in mind — your  satisfaction. While we hope you fall in love with your purchase at first sight but we also understand that sometimes needs and preferences can change. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair Returns & Exchange Policy designed to serve you with 30 days of peace of mind.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

  • After 30 days from the delivery date, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

2. Before You Return

  • If you notice a temporary scent or “new material” smell — don’t worry! This naturally dissipates within a short time (put the jacket in mild sunlight or fresh air for 2-4 days), this smell temporarily comes due to packaging and fresh leather craftsmanship.

  • For concerns related to size, color, or product details, please refer to our Size Chart prior to purchase, or contact our customer care team for pre-purchase guidance. We also confirm the size via email to ensure accuracy before processing the order where needed.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Not be a sale or clearance item (these are non-returnable & non-exchangeable).

  • Not be a customized order (no returns or exchanges permitted).

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain costs are unavoidable and therefore non-refundable:

  • Standard shipping fees: $35/item + 5% payment processing fee (covers order shipping + bank/processor charges) - Restocking Fees

  • Rush Order fees: ($29.99) are non-refundable as they are queue-advancing service charges.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Return & Exchange Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns or exchanges (by choice) are soleley customer responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, so you cover all shipping, custom, import duties and all associated charges. 
  • If we supply a return shipping label for your return or exchange, its cost will be deducted from your order total prior to processing any refund.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us immediately with your order details — our team will inspect and investigate the issue and we will surely do what needed the most at our best.

7. Sizing Exchanges

  • As all sizes are confirmed before shipping, exchanges for size preference will not usually be accepted.

  • If an exception is granted, 45% of the original item value will be charged as an exchange fee.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement.

9. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only; payment method/channels cannot be changed.

  • A confirmation email will be sent within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return.

10. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Complete our Return Request Form (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory).
Step 2: Our support team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
Step 3: Package your item securely in its original packaging. Damaged returns will not be accepted unless reported as damaged upon arrival.
Step 4: Ship via a trackable & insured courier service with prepaid postage for smooth processing.
Step 5: Once approved, we will share the official return address.
